HOW TO SHOP
When you shop with us you need to enter information such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We need this information to be able to fulfil our commitments to you as a customer. We treat all information with the highest care and guaranteed under the Personal Data Act that your data is only used by us. You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail on your order. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days. All orders placed during the weekend will be handled first on Monday morning. In the case of back -orders we will contact you promptly. Make sure your contact information is reported correctly so you will receive your shipment in good order.
If the goods exhibit defects, promptly make a complaint to us via e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org. If the package is damaged on delivery you should immediately make a complaint to your delivery location and let us know.
Please note for purchases outside Europe prices are shown excl. VAT and local custom fees. These fees will be charge by local customs authorities usually through the transporter of the goods.
Your order to be shipped to your home, our shipping cost is 65 sek within Sweden, 200 sek within Europe and 300 sek outside Europe. The delivery time is 3-7 working days within Sweden and 6-8 working days outside Sweden. Your order will be sent to your local delivery point. During high season, sales periods and public holidays the delivery time may be longer.
14 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Mossa gladly accepts returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused. The return amount can only be transferred to the account from which the item has been purchased. This is how you do if you wish to change or return your purchase: Contact customer service at email@example.com and tell us if it’s regarding exchange or return, we'll send you a return label with freight prepaid by email or by letter, depending on what is easiest for you as a customer.
PACKAGE NOT PICKED UP
Items that are not picked up will be at your expenses for the return and cancellation of the invoice by the due date. To avoid these charges, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and announce that you regretted the purchase. This must be done within two weeks from the date of purchase.
You can choose SWISH or KLARNA different payments including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro credit and debit cards. All payments are 3D - secure, a technology developed by VISA and MasterCard to secure customer payment details
ALTERATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITION OF USE AND SALES. Mossa reserves the right at any time to make changes to the User and conditions of sale. If changes are made in the terms of sale will Mossa make a new copy of these conditions on http://www.mossaclothes.se
